Shipping Policy
SHIPPING IS FREE! Each order is custom made (this is how we keep our cost low). Hair normally ships within 14-21 days after the order is placed. We recommend orders for clients be placed at least 21 days in advance due to unforeseen shipping or supplier delays.
Because we are a per order basis we do have the ability to customize. Orders will be shipped by different carriers depending on locations of addresses.
Tracking numbers will be emailed as soon they are available.

Exchange Policy
Returns
We can only accept product exchanges if these conditions are met:

Purchased from Amy Kristine and unused within the last 30 days

Original packaging and product components are intact and complete

Products are in BRAND NEW condition. They cannot be worn or tampered with.

āCUSTOM HAIR CANNOT BE EXCHANGED. This includes textured hair or bulk orders.

Exchanges must be submitted in a timely manner (within 30 days) and allow at least 21 days for processing the exchange.

Exchanges are a 1 for 1 basis.

The exchanged product will be shipped out as soon as possible.
