SALON POLICY
BOOKING
Appointments cannot be booked online, however requests for appointments can be made by submitting current hair photos, desired result photos, and a brief hair history. Navigate to contact booking page to submit request for bookings. Texting is also available for booking requests. Please include all above information when submitting requests via texts.
CANCELLATIONS
All clients are required to have an active credit card on file. We require a 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to follow cancellation policy may result in a 50% total service charge (of service booked).
ARRIVALS FOR APPOINTMENTS
ALL FIRST TIME APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A CONSULTATION. PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY TO FILL OUT QUESTIONNAIRE. If a client is running more than 15 minutes late, please let us know. An original appointment time may be forfeit and may subject to a $50 dollar rescheduling fee. Please let us know, we will do our best to accommodate you. There is no guarantee that you will be able to keep your current appointment or scheduled services due to tardiness.
CELL PHONE AND CONDUCT POLICY
Please be courteous of others. Please keep volume at a respectable level. Please do not use speakerphone is a phone call is necessary during your appointment. WE LOVE that you would like to share our salon and stylist, however, all photos and videos must be approved by parties present. This is including but not limited to: stylists, public, other clients etc...
These policies also apply to clients in chairs. If you wish not to have your photo taken, please notify staff and other clients present.
A photo/video release will be required to be signed to allow before and after photos to be shown. This is to protect client confidentiality.
There will be photos that will be taken before and after services that will not be public. These photos/videos are for reference for stylists only.
REFUNDS AND ALTERATIONS
While we strive to ensure all clients are satisfied with their service, we understand that this may not be the case. If you are unsatisfied with the result of your service, within 7 days, please contact the manager or owner to consult on matter that need addressed and what can be altered to ensure complete satisfaction. Refunds are subject to a thorough investigation of before and after photos within a 7 day period. ALL DESPOTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
RIGHT TO REFUSE
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY SERVICE TO ANY CLIENT. Clients who exhibit loud or aggressive behavior, steal or damage property, or pose a danger to staff of customers will be asked to leave the facility IMMEDIATLY.
Theft will be punished to the full extent of the law.
MINOR POLICY
We reserve the right to deny service to minors. We do not permit on scalp (all over color) for children 6 or younger. We will however do off scalp highlights and vivids with a signed parental consent form. The parent or guardian must be present during these appointments as well. ALL MINOR UNDER THE AGE OF 18 must have a signed release form from a parent or guardian with the service description.
BOUNCED CHECKS, CANCELLED PAYMENTS, CHARGE BACKS, DISPUTED CHARGES
Our salon will gladly assist with any issue on any service. These issues will be handled in house. As stated in the above policy for refunds and alterations. Therefor, all clients will be required to fill out a non-dispute and chargeback form prior to any services rendered. All bounced checks are subject to a banking fee and will be charged to the full amount of service plus banking fee, to the card on file. All stylists have the right to refuse service to clients who bounce checks, dispute, or attempt to cancel payments.
